This page explains how users of Atmosonar can request the deletion of their account and associated data.
You can delete your Atmosonar account directly inside the app. Open the app, go to your profile or settings screen, and select the option to delete your account.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at support@atmosonar.com from the same email address used for your Atmosonar account.
When your Atmosonar account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:
Some data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes. Purchase and billing records processed by Google Play or Apple App Store may also be retained by those platforms according to their own policies.
If retention is required, we keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purpose described above or as required by applicable law.
Deleting your Atmosonar account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
Account deletion requests are generally processed as soon as possible. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days to complete the deletion process.
